Hours: Monday-Thursday: 06:00-18:00, Friday: Worked one week in every two
About the Role
Our client is a large CNC machining specialist, expert in ultra-high precision CNC milling of machine tool-type components weighing up to 20 tonnes. Their machining accuracy is to such a high standard that conventional finishing operations, including grinding and scraping, are completely eliminated. The Best Connection - Walsall are recruiting on behalf of this client for a Trainee CNC Machinist to join their skilled and growing team.
What You'll Be Learning
- CNC milling of large, complex, high-value components
- Working to exceptionally tight tolerances
- Precision machining techniques that remove the need for secondary finishing
- Safe operation of large CNC machines
- Understanding machine tool-type components and heavy engineering
Full training will be provided.
