Our client based in Thetford is looking for a Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join their team on an ongoing basis, covering a rotating shift pattern. The client deals with delivery and install of white goods and is a well-respected high street chain.
Main Duties:
- Calling customers to confirm deliveries for the next day AM - driver despatch - including distributing equipment for the day's deliveries
- Handling general office and admin duties
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks PM - taking in assigned equipment from drivers as they return to site
Requirements:
- Good literacy and numeracy skills - proficient in Office 365
- A friendly and polite phone manner
- Confident using the telephone and basic computer systems
- Reliable and professional attitude
Working Hours:
Week 1 Tues-Sat, 06:00 (45 min break) | Week 2 Tues-Sat, 11:00 (30 min break)
Pay Rate: Β£12.27 per hour (paid weekly)
Start: ASAP - ongoing position with potential for long-term work.
