Pay Rates (PAYE):
- Monday - Saturday: £17.21 per hour
- Sunday: £26.29 per hour
Assignment Length: 8-12 weeks initially
Temp to Perm opportunity available
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (rota basis)
The Role:
- Driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
- Multi-drop deliveries of bread to retail sites
- Loading and unloading bakery products
- Manual handling including lifting and loading trays of bread
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
- Completing delivery paperwork / PODs
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Good knowledge of drivers' hours and regulations
- Previous multi-drop experience preferred
- Comfortable with manual handling duties
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Must pass a driver assessment
