The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the Telford area for a Routing & Plating Operative within a circuit board manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business specialising in high-quality electronic components.

Duties will include:

  • Operating routing and plating machines within circuit board production
  • Setting up machinery to meet production targets
  • Changing tools on routing and plating machines
  • Monitoring machines and making adjustments where required
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet specifications
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Shift pattern (Rotating Days):

  • Week 1: Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00, Friday: 06:00 - 10:00
  • Week 2: Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00, Friday: 10:00 - 14:00

We also have permanent night shift roles available: Monday to Friday 22:00 - 06:00

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience working with circuit boards is essential
  • Experience changing tools on routing and plating machines
  • Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
  • Reliable and punctual
