Shift Pattern (Weekly Rotating - 6:00PM-06:00AM):
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (46 hours)
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (34.5 hours)
Candidates must be available to work both weeks of the rota.
The Role
Your primary role will involve packing products, labelling, and conducting quality inspections. Over time, you will also be required to carry out basic machine checks and adjust settings as part of your development.
Main duties include:
- Packing finished products and printing labels
- Conducting quality inspections
- Changing products over and adjusting machine settings
- Performing heavy lifting as part of daily duties
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Completing required documentation and quality checks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' recent experience, ideally in packing operation or a busy manufacturing environment
- Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Must be able to commit to the rotating shift pattern
