Technician

Role: Junior Technician Pay rate: £11.79 – £13.85, dependent on experience and the completion of a skill test Shifts: Monday to Friday, (Apply online only) or (Apply online only), with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break Start: ASAP The Best Connection are recruiting for Junior Technicians/Technicians to join our growing client. We are looking for candidates with a strong knowledge of wire diagrams with the ability for soldering, with the possibility of a permanent placement if you do impress. They are a growing company, with the eye to grow further in the coming years resulting in plenty of progression opportunities. Duties: * Diagnosing faults on small electrical goods. * Repair and maintain the equipment in line with manufacturing guidelines. * Testing and quality assurance of all products before leaving the site. * With more duties as you progress and learn the role. ​ This is a role open to more experienced technicians as well, with plenty of progression opportunities and a higher salary on offer if you do well in interview and in the compulsory skill test. Skills to be successful: * Keen attention to detail to diagnose and repair products * Able to work quickly and safely inline with health and safety standards (compliant with their accreditors) * Communicate clearly with others and able to work in a team as well as by themselves
