Our client, a specialist manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs), is looking for motivated Production Line Operatives to join their night shift team. No experience is required - full training will be provided! This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and start a long-term career in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Working on a semi-automated conveyorised production line
- Carrying out various manufacturing and quality control processes
- Electrical testing and cutting of completed PCB boards
- Operating machinery used to etch excess copper and create PCB features
- Handling chemicals safely as part of the production process
- Ensuring high quality and accuracy throughout each stage of production
You’ll start on day shifts for training before moving onto nights, working alongside experienced process engineers and operators.
Shift & Pay:
- Monday to Thursday 18:00 - 06:00 (3 x 12-hour shifts + 1 x 8-hour shift per week = 40 hours total)
- £12.47 per hour
- Overtime - £17.08 - After 34 hours (21:00-06:00)
- £14.96 - After 34 hours (06:00-21:00)
- 1-hour break per shift (split throughout the night)
