The Best Connection are recruiting an FLT Operative (Counterbalance) for our client, a family-run manufacturing company in Atherstone. This role is primarily FLT-based but offers the opportunity to be trained in other areas of production.
Hours, Days & Pay
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
- £12.71 per hour
Job Overview
You will mainly operate a Counterbalance FLT, supporting the movement of materials across the site. You will also assist with other duties as required within the business.
Duties include:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
- Supporting general production and warehouse tasks.
- Training to operate flexographic printers and gluing machines.
- Maintaining safe and efficient working practices.
Full training will be provided, although previous FLT experience is advantageous.
