Job Role - Flexographic Printer Operator (Manufacturing Industry)As a Flexographic Printer Operator in Tamworth, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machinery within the manufacturing industry, ensuring high-quality output for food packaging products.
Key Responsibilities- Running a Flexographic Printing Operator machine
- Programming machinery and mixing inks accurately
- Ensuring correct alignment of materials and print quality
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following all health & safety and food industry regulations
- Supporting general warehouse and production duties when required
- Previous experience as a Flexographic Printer Operator is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
- Understanding of print quality standards
