The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting Full-Time Call Centre Operatives for a leading vehicle glass repair and replacement company. No cold calling, full training provided, and £12.21 per hour. Join a supportive team with weekly pay and 37.5-hour workweeks.

Pay & Working Hours

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday – Friday
• Rotating shifts: 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00
• £12.21 per hour (PAYE, not age dependent)

Job Overview

Our client is seeking Call Centre Operatives to handle incoming calls from members and provide excellent customer service. You will liaise with engineers via telephone and email to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, and assist with general admin duties such as filing, copying, and basic data entry. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is necessary.

Skills & Experience Required

• No previous experience necessary
• Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to work in a team environment
