π Location: Swansea
β° Hours: 10am-2pm Saturday & Sunday (8 hours per week)
πΌ Contract: Ongoing, part-time
π° Pay Rate: Β£12.21 per hour (paid weekly)
π§ Duties will include:
- General administrative support
- Data entry and updating internal systems
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Filing, scanning and document control
- Assisting the wider team with day-to-day tasks
βοΈ The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous admin experience (preferred but not essential)
- Good IT and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
