The Best Connection are recruiting Production Operatives and Automation Operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Sittingbourne.
This is a full-time opportunity offering weekly pay, ongoing work and long-term prospects within a clean and organised manufacturing environment.
The Role
- Working on automated production lines
- Monitoring machinery and production processes
- Assembling plastic components and manufactured parts
- Packing products according to instructions and specifications
- Carrying out quality checks and identifying defects
- Reporting faults and production issuesRecording production output where required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working at a designated workstation throughout the shift
Shift Patterns
Rotating
- Week 1: 07:00-15:00 (Monday-Friday)
- Week 2: 15:00-23:00 (Monday-Friday)
OR
Fixed Nights
- 23:00-07:00 (Monday-Friday)
37.5 paid hours per week

Requirements
- Good attention to detail
