The Best Connection are currently recruiting Operatives to join our prestigious client based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, with roles available for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills at a lovely company. As an Operative, you will develop a wide range of skills and work flexibly across all patterning teams, contributing to the creation of premium, high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing high-quality patterning items for both internal and external customers.
- Beneficial - using industrial machinery to finish fabric with accuracy and precision.
- Completing ticketing and carding tasks across multiple departments, following product specifications and production guides.
- Ensuring exceptional quality throughout every stage of the patterning process.
- Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Supporting various sections within the Patterning department.
- Offering assistance to other areas of the business when required.
- Strong production or warehousing background (textiles experience is an advantage).
- Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills.
- Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, committed, and keen to progress.
£13.28 per hour Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
