We are currently recruiting temporary support workers for our clients in and around Trowbridge! This is a temporary role on an ad hoc basis, covering sickness and holidays for our clients in the Wiltshire area.
For this particular client, you will be working across a variety of supported living services in and around Trowbridge:
- You will be supporting individuals with varying needs from individuals with learning difficulties and physical disabilities to individuals who display behaviours that may challenge.
- You will be supporting individuals in their own flats; these service users do not have 24-hour support as they are quite able, but may need support with batch cooking, cleaning, attending appointments, or going to clubs.
- You will be visiting a few different individuals for these shifts, all of whom live within the Trowbridge area.
- You may be required to use the service users' car for some of these shifts, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
- You will support each service user in a person-centred way, always promoting choice as your number one priority, and following care and support plans to enable you to give the very best support and enable each individual to lead the most fulfilling lives.
