The Best Connection are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Waitrose & Partners, who are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Order Pickers to join their busy Regional Distribution Centre in Aylesford, Kent. You’ll be working in a chilled environment (0°C - 5°C), ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing, stable work with one of the UK's most respected retailers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Picking and packing customer orders using head set.
- Working towards daily performance targets.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
- Remaining active on your feet in chilled conditions.
Shift & Pay:
- PM shift 14:00 till 22:00
- Pay Rate - 14:00 till 18:00 - £13.60 then 18:00 till 22:00 is £16.05 per hour
- Shifts: 5 days over 7 (including weekends on most rotas)
- Ongoing weekly rota provided
