We are currently recruiting 2 Night Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based in Stanford-le-Hope.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity to join a busy warehouse team within a well-established business.

- Key Duties
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet daily deadlines.
- Wrap pallets of stock using pallet-wrapping machines.
- Load and unload vehicles following completion of in-house MHE (forklift) training.
- Receive goods inwards and accurately check product lines and quantities.
- Follow instructions from Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Managers.
- Work safely at all times while adhering to health and safety procedures and company standards.
About You
• To be successful in this role, you will
- Have your own reliable transport, as the location and night shift hours are not easily accessible by public transport.
- Be comfortable handling wine and spirits products.
- Be flexible and able to work the required night shift pattern.
- Happy to do Heavy Lifting and comfortable with walking, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout your shift.
- Be able to safely lift and move stock weighing up to 20kg.
- Be a reliable team player
- Be comfortable working at height and not afraid of elevated working areas.
- Have excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, and safe working practices.
- Demonstrate honesty, respect, accountability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.

- Important Information
- Due to the location and night shift hours, candidates will need their own reliable transport.
- A DBS check will be completed during your induction. Applicants must be willing to undergo this check.
- You must provide and wear your own safety boots. Anyone arriving without appropriate safety footwear will not be permitted to work.
- A one-hour unpaid break is required during each shift and will be deducted from your total paid hours.
