Our client, a well-established manufacturing business based near Stamford at their Tallington site, is currently looking to recruit Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or warehouse experience who are looking for stable, long-term employment within a busy and supportive environment.
The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include:
- Operating machinery and equipment safely in line with company procedures
- Assembly work and general production duties
- Palletising large components
- Picking and packing small parts accurately from bills of materials and instructions
- Supporting different production departments as required
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
- Working to production deadlines and targets
- Working both independently and as part of a wider production team
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good reliability, attendance and timekeeping
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively within a team or independently
- Comfortable working rotating shifts
Working Hours & Pay
Rotating weekly shifts: Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay: £14.21 per hour
