Our client, a well-established manufacturing business based near Stamford at their Tallington site, is currently looking to recruit Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or warehouse experience who are looking for stable, long-term employment within a busy and supportive environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Operating machinery and equipment safely in line with company procedures
  • Assembly work and general production duties
  • Palletising large components
  • Picking and packing small parts accurately from bills of materials and instructions
  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
  • Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
  • Working to production deadlines and targets

What We're Looking For

  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good reliability, attendance and timekeeping

Working Hours

Rotating weekly shifts:

  • Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
