Are you an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver looking for a varied role with excellent earning potential and long-term opportunities?
The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our well-established client in Stalybridge for a FLT Counterbalance Driver / Yard Operative to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy environment where no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance FLT
- Working outdoors within the yard environment
- Sorting materials and identifying recyclable items
- Packing and unpacking materials
- Assisting with material handling and stock movement
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider yard operation as required
Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a thriving industry.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay & Benefits:
- £14.47 per hour
- Overtime paid at Time & Half after 7.5 hours worked per day
- Opportunity for long-term employment
- Full training provided
