Paint Plant Operative to join a busy production team, supporting the painting process by preparing and handling components to ensure they are processed efficiently and to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a manufacturing background who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Hanging components ready for the painting process.
- Unhanging finished parts following painting.
- Assisting with the smooth operation of the paint plant.
- Handling materials safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out visual quality checks on finished products.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Supporting production targets and deadlines.
About You
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience within a paint plant, powder coating, or similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced production environment.
