The Best Connection is currently recruiting Van Drivers to join our busy client in the Southampton area. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable drivers looking for ongoing work, regular hours and the opportunity to secure a long-term position within the logistics distribution and supply chain industry.

What You'll Get:

  • £14.73 per hour PAYE
  • Monday-Friday working pattern

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering parcels to customers across Southampton and surrounding areas
  • Completing approximately 65-100 deliveries per day
  • Loading and unloading your van
  • Carrying out vehicle safety checks before and after your shift
  • Following delivery routes and schedules
  • Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
  • Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time

What We're Looking For:

  • A valid Category B (car/van) driving licence
  • A manual driving licence
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A reliable and positive attitude
  • The ability to work independently and manage a busy delivery schedule
  • Previous multi-drop or delivery driving experience is an advantage, but full support will be provided.

Location: Southampton and surrounding areas
