Duties to include, but not limited to:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the production and manufacturing of mattresses
- Operating basic machinery and production equipment
- Working on different stages of the manufacturing process
- Moving and handling materials and finished products
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standard
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
About You
We are looking for people who are:
- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Physically fit, as the role involves lifting and moving mattresses and materials
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Keen to learn new skills and processes
- Punctual and committed to attending work consistently
- Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
This is a full-time, ongoing position, on a temp-to-perm basis, meaning there is potential for the company to offer a permanent contract after a qualifying period, depending on performance and attendance.
Starting pay rate of £12.83 per hour,
