HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER - FULL TIME
The Best Connection are looking for HGV Class 2 drivers to join our client based in Nursling.
Working for one of the UK's largest provider of Bread and other bakery products to customer.
Drivers must have up to 3-6 months experience driving Class 2 vehicles.
This role is ongoing with the potential to go full time with a contact.
- Salary - up to £18.50 per hour
- Location - Nursling, Southampton
- Start time - EARLY AM STARTS
Details of the role
- Working on a temp to perm contract, Subject to passing trail period you will become a permanent member of staff
- The shifts are early AM start between 01:00am-02:00am, average working shift is 8-10 hrs
- This role is working on a 28-week rolling rota, working 4 days on and 2 days off
- Paying between £17.75-£18.50 per hour with an 8 hour minimum shift
- Overtime paid on weekends and bank holidays
- You will be delivering Bread to a variety of customers around the SO area
- All products are stacked in cages and offloaded via tail lift into the supermarket delivery area
- New passes welcome, with 3-6 months class 2 commercial driving experience
- Drivers must have good communication skills and be willing be to be flexible with finish times
- Vehicle checks before and after each shift
