We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy site based in Southam, CV47. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role will involve working as part of a team to process, move and prepare stock efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Shift Times:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
The Role:
- Receiving and processing incoming stock
- Unloading and moving products safely around the warehouse
- Sorting and organising stock into designated areas
- Picking items and preparing them for the next stage of the process
- Packing products securely and accurately
- Checking products for damage or quality issues
- Completing basic quality checks and inspections where required
- Scanning items and updating stock information using warehouse systems
- Moving stock between different departments and warehouse locations
- Preparing completed orders for dispatch
- Ensuring all items are handled carefully and correctly throughout the warehouse process
- Keeping workstations and warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised
- Working efficiently to meet daily productivity and operational targets
- Following site procedures and health and safety regulations at all times
- Completing other general warehouse duties as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using scanners or warehouse systems would also be beneficial.
- Applicants must be reliable and punctual.
- Hardworking and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a physically active role.
- Able to work on their feet for extended periods.
- Able to work accurately and pay close attention to detail.
- Comfortable working towards productivity targets.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Location: The site is based in Southam, CV47. Due to the location, applicants must live locally or within the surrounding areas and have a reliable method of travelling to and from site. Please ensure you are able to travel to CV47 for an 8:00am start without any issues or complications before applying.
