Job Title: NIGHTS Van Delivery Driver - Ongoing Work

Shifts: Night Shifts Available (Start times between 14:00 - 17:00)
Days: 7-Day Operation (Flexible Schedule - Must Be Able to Work Weekends)
About the Role:
The Best Connection Dartford are currently recruiting for experienced Van Delivery Drivers on behalf of one of the UK's largest retail and logistics companies. This is a fantastic opportunity for long-term, ongoing work with immediate starts available.
You’ll be delivering clothing and retail parcels to high street stores and regional distribution centres (RDCs) Some manual handling required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering to 6-10 retail stores or RDCs per shift
- Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Offloading goods safely at each delivery point
- Recording Proof of Delivery (POD) accurately
- Communicating effectively with the transport team
- Shadowing a full-time driver before starting solo routes
Shift & Pay Details:
Day Rates:
- Basic (up to 45 hours/week): £14.82 per hour (Enhanced to 17.78 for hours after 10pm)
- Overtime (after 45 hours/week): £22.23 per hour
Bank Holidays: £22.23 per hour
Minimum 5 hours paid per shift (even if finish early!)
What We’re Looking For:
Full UK Driving Licence (Cat B - Van Licence)
Minimum 2 years' Van Driving experience
Previous multi-drop experience
Must be able to work weekends as part of rota
Reliable, physically fit, and good communication skills
