The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our well-established client based in Smethwick.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity!
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual seeking long-term employment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful trial period.
The Role
- Accurately picking and packing homeware products.
- Palletising and preparing stock for dispatch.
- Loading and unloading containers.
- Moving and organising stock within the warehouse.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
- Completing any other warehouse duties as directed by management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Comfortable carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting duties.
- A valid FLT Counterbalance licence would be advantageous.
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high standards.
