The Best Connection is currently recruiting an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator on behalf of our well-established client based in Smethwick. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator to join a busy and professional workshop environment, working on a variety of fabrication and welding projects. If you are confident reading engineering drawings and producing high-quality welds, we would like to hear from you.
The Role
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Measuring, preparing, cutting, and grinding materials
- Tacking and completing MIG welds to specification
- Inspecting finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Producing accurate and high-quality fabrication work
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
