Production Operative - Skelmersdale
The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Skelmersdale.
This is an ongoing position and candidates must be able to fully commit to the rotational shift pattern detailed below.
The Role
Duties include:
- Assisting around the production areas with general factory duties
- Supporting skilled operatives with heat treatments and furnace operations
- Assembly, packing and other general production tasks as required
- Working in a hands-on environment
- Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
Shift Pattern
Saturday to Wednesday - 3 Week Rotational Shift Pattern
Week 1
- Saturday & Sunday: 06:00-18:00 (12-hour shifts)
- Monday to Wednesday: 22:00-06:00 (8-hour shifts)
Week 2
- Saturday & Sunday: 06:00-18:00 (12-hour shifts)
- Monday to Wednesday: 14:00-22:00 (8-hour shifts)
Week 3
- Saturday & Sunday: 06:00-18:00 (12-hour shifts)
- Monday to Wednesday: 06:00-14:00 (8-hour shifts)
Pay Rates
- £13.00 per hour standard rate
- £19.50 per hour overtime after 40 hours worked per week
- Holiday pay accrued separately
Additional Information
This is an ongoing assignment with immediate starts available following a completed registration and successful interview on site.
Candidates should be reliable, hardworking and able to commit to the full rotational shift pattern.
