'The Best Connection' are currently recruiting Automation Operatives & Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing company in Sittingbourne.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating machinery to manufacture products
- Performing quality checks on finished products including colour, seals and threads
- Packing and labelling products correctly in line with QC instructions
- Identifying faulty or defective products and reporting issues to the Team Leader
- Recording completed products accurately throughout the shift
- Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
- Using PPE provided and following all company procedures
- Working flexibly across different tasks within the department
Working Hours:
- Rotating weekly shifts
- 07:00-15:00
- 15:00-23:00
- Monday to Friday
