'The Best Connection' are currently recruiting Automation Operatives & Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing company in Sittingbourne.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operating machinery to manufacture products
  • Performing quality checks on finished products including colour, seals and threads
  • Packing and labelling products correctly in line with QC instructions
  • Identifying faulty or defective products and reporting issues to the Team Leader
  • Recording completed products accurately throughout the shift
  • Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
  • Using PPE provided and following all company procedures
  • Working flexibly across different tasks within the department

Working Hours:

  • Rotating weekly shifts
  • 07:00-15:00
  • 15:00-23:00
  • Monday to Friday
