The Best Connection are recruiting Production Operatives and Automation Operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Sittingbourne. This is a full-time opportunity offering weekly pay, ongoing work and long-term prospects within a clean and organised manufacturing environment.

The Role:

  • Working on automated production lines
  • Monitoring machinery and production processes
  • Assembling plastic components and manufactured parts
  • Packing products according to instructions and specifications
  • Carrying out quality checks and identifying defects
