Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced FLT Clamp Driver to join our team in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. The role involves safely and efficiently unloading and loading trailers across multiple customer contracts, as well as picking stock both using MHE and manually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Clamp Counterbalance trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trailers for multiple customer contracts.
- Pick stock accurately using MHE or by hand as required.
- Support general warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow all site health & safety rules and company procedures.
- Work flexibly to meet varying start and finish times.
Requirements:
- Valid FLT Clamp licence (in-date and accredited).
- Previous warehouse and MHE experience - min 2 years.
- Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and shift times.
- Good team player with a proactive attitude.
