The Best Connection is looking for reliable and hard-working Production Operatives for one of our clients in Shrewsbury. As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the production of bespoke concrete products, ensuring high-quality output and contributing to the smooth running of the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building moulds and filling them with the mixed product
- Polishing finished products
- Manual handling of materials up to 25 kg
- Using power and hand tools safely and effectively
- Following instructions and maintaining quality standards
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00
Friday: 07:30 - 15:00
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing role with the possibility of being offered a full-time position after successful completion of a trial period.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience working in a busy manufacturing environment
