This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Shift Coordinator to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities * Assist and manage the direction of the shift to achieve production targets and customer requirements. * Manage day‑to‑day operations, prioritising tasks and following through to completion. * Ensure smooth shift handovers and maintain consistency with other Shift Coordinators. * Input and analyse production, quality, and plant performance data. * Promote and respond to Health & Safety issues, near misses, and accidents. * Provide cover for the Shift Coordinator during absence. Requirements * Previous experience in a management/supervisor position (automotive industry desirable). * At least 3 years of automotive manufacturing experience. * Ability to work in a leadership team and delegate staff.
