What’s on Offer
- £16.50 ph PAYE + holiday pay accrual, paid weekly
- Early Starts, Evenings Free: Start at 5:00am, typically finish by 4:00pm - enjoy your evenings!
- Consistent Hours: Monday to Friday, with an average of 48-50 paid hours per week.
- Localised Deliveries: Deliver to building suppliers, developments, and sites-less time on the road, more time close to home!
- Straightforward Loads: Up to 2 deliveries per day, unloaded by forklift at delivery sites.
- Modern Tech: Use PDAs for easy deliveries-training provided!
What You’ll Need To Do
- Open and close trailer curtains.
- Check your load and secure it safely with straps.
- Feel comfortable using a PDA for deliveries.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimally experienced Class 1 drivers welcome! This client considers drivers with minimal experience.
- You must be able to pass a driving assessment, including:
- Maneuvering around the yard
- Reversing onto bays
- Answering some theory questions
Support & Training
- Comprehensive, paid induction and two “buddy” days to ensure you’re confident before heading out solo.
- Road assessments and ongoing support from experienced trainers.
