Salary: From £38,000 (Negotiable DOE) + Overtime + Annual Bonus
OTE: £45,000+ (£50,000+ on 45-hour contract)

We're recruiting two experienced Senior Field Service Engineers to join a long-established, family-run business with an outstanding reputation across the East of England. Join a Leading Independent Forklift Dealer
Working from home, you'll travel directly to customer sites, carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs while being supported by an experienced service management team.
Working Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
- Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Overtime is available and paid at 1.5x your hourly rate.

The Role
As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing forklifts and material handling equipment
- Diagnosing electrical, hydraulic and mechanical faults
- Completing work records using an electronic management system
- Delivering excellent customer service on-site
- Supporting fellow engineers with technical diagnostics and repairs
- Working closely with the Service Controller to manage your daily schedule
- Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Field Service Engineer within the material handling industry (or a closely related industry)
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Mechanical Engineering City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and support other engineers
Desirable:
- CFTS Thorough Examination experience
- High Voltage systems experience
- Completion of EOM training courses
