Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works at Scunthorpe General Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual to manage site operations and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractors
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain health & safety standards
- Coordinate materials, labour, and workloads to meet project deadlines
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams
- Maintain accurate site records and reports
- Enforce site rules and promote a safe working environment
Essential Requirements
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate
- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
Desirable
- CSCS Black Card (Manager Level) - preferred
