What You'll Be Doing
- Operating converting and slitting machines
- Monitoring production output and machine performance
- Carrying out machine start-up and shutdown procedures
- Packaging, labelling, and scanning finished products
- Completing quality checks and production paperwork
- Performing basic machine adjustments and fault finding
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Working towards productivity, quality, and waste reduction targets
Working Hours
You must be flexible to work rotating shifts: Days: 06:00 - 18:00, Nights: 18:00 - 06:00. Training Period: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00. There may also be a requirement for weekend working, so flexibility is essential.
