We are currently recruiting for Agricultural General Operatives to join a busy and growing team based at Flixborough Industrial Estate. This is a 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term prospects for the right candidates.
Key Duties:- Quality checking beans to ensure they meet required standards
- Removing skins from beans as part of the processing stage
- Measuring and checking product specifications accurately
- General maintenance duties
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy at all times
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a dusty environment (dust masks are provided)
- A proactive attitude towards cleanliness and maintenance
- Counterbalance forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- Weekly pay
- Overtime available
- Work with potential for a permanent contract after 12 weeks
