Location: Rye | Shifts: 07:30 - 16:00 | Alternating Shifts: 08:00 - 16:30

The Best Connection is a recruitment agency, and this position is being offered on a Temporary basis with the potential to go Permanent. We're looking for a proactive, organised, and detail‑driven Administrator to join our client in Rye. This is a key role that ensures the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office's operations whilst supporting colleagues across the business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the go‑to person for all things admin and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks and documentation
  • Scheduling meetings, coordinating diaries, and preparing meeting materials
  • Handling visitor management and front‑of‑house duties where required
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and basic financial admin
  • Ensuring the office environment is organised and well maintained
  • Raising Purchase requisitions and PO's within SAP system as requested
  • Ensuring the relevant buying managers are kept up to date with any changes to delivery dates
  • Booking all stock (bulk and consumables) received or dispatched to and from site for the Production & QC department are fully processed through SAP
