Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support Recruitment Consultants by sourcing and identifying suitable candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database
  • Screen and assess candidates against client requirements
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed
  • Deliver exceptional service that reflects our company values.
