Join a Busy Customer Service & Distribution Operation!

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Centre Administrator to join a well-established operation based in Bolton (BL5).

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to become part of a supportive team, providing essential administrative support to field operatives and helping ensure outstanding service is delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting field operatives assigned to the Customer Service Centre (CSC) to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customer queries via telephone and email.
  • Managing customer enquiries and following processes to ensure resolutions are achieved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems and documentation throughout the enquiry process.
  • Communicating effectively with field operatives and central support teams to ensure accurate information is shared and recorded.
  • Filing and record keeping
  • Telephone-based customer support
  • Generating reports
  • Updating internal systems
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Centre.
  • Contributing to a positive working environment focused on continuous improvement and colleague engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer-focused with a professional and positive approach.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous administrative experience, including

  • Filing
  • Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations would be advantageous.
  • Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
