Are you an experienced driver who enjoys working with people and wants a role where no two days are the same?
We're looking for a Delivery & Installation Technician to join our team, delivering and installing specialist mobility and healthcare equipment in customers' homes, hospitals and healthcare settings.
This is a rewarding, hands‑on role where you'll be out on the road, meeting customers, solving problems and ensuring equipment is delivered and installed safely and correctly. Most importantly, you'll be helping people live more safely and independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, install and collect specialist mobility and healthcare equipment.
- Visit customers' homes, hospitals and other healthcare settings.
- Drive a company van and complete daily vehicle safety checks.
- Load, unload and secure equipment safely for transportation.
- Install equipment correctly and demonstrate its safe use to customers.
- Use handheld technology to manage deliveries and maintain accurate records.
- Provide a caring, professional and customer-focused service.
- Participate in an on-call rota, with enhanced payments available.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 3 points.
- Minimum of 3 years' driving experience.
- Aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting.
- Practical, hands‑on approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Confident using mobile devices and technology.
- Empathetic, patient and professional when working with vulnerable customers.
