The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit a number of Factory Operatives to work at our client's busy hatchery, based in Ower, Romsey, just outside of central Southampton.

Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Loading boxes and crates onto the conveyor belt
- Ensuring smooth flow of production
- Carefully and safely handling livestock (chicks) and eggs
- Adhering to strict site health and safety policies
- Cleaning and washing trays and equipment on site
The hours of work are 06:00 - 15:30 every Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. This is a total of 38 hours per week for 4 days work. You will have Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday off every week.
The pay rate for this role is £13.25 on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and £17.46 on Saturday. Weekly pay.
This is ongoing, full-time work with immediate starts available. The company will offer permanent contracts to suitable candidates after a 12-week temp-to-perm period.
