We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck (CB FLT) Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in the OL12 area. This is a Monday to Friday night shift role offering consistent hours and long-term potential.
Pay Rates
- Base rate: £12.75 per hour
- Evening shift (+10%): £14.03 per hour
- Night shift (+15%): £14.66 per hour
- Overtime (1.5x): £19.13 per hour
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday Night shift (10 hours / 8 hours / 12 hours)
Role Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (CB FLT) safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Moving stock around the warehouse and storage areas
- Assisting with packing, weighing, and general warehouse duties
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintaining accurate stock handling and organisation
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence preferred (training can be provided for suitable candidates)
- Previous experience in warehouse, packing, or weighing operations desirable
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts consistently
