The Best Connection is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and passionate Registered Care Home Manager to lead a well-established 33-bed residential care home in the heart of Market Weighton. About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team leadership. You'll play a key role in shaping the service, supporting your team, and ensuring residents receive person‑centred, dignified care at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding care
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, compliant, and high‑quality service
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans, including specialist dementia and Alzheimer's care
  • Ensure accurate and compliant medication management
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations

  • Manage rotas, staffing, and administrative processes efficiently
  • Drive continuous improvement and enhance both resident experience and staff development
