General Operatives wanted with long‑term, stable employment and real career progression. The Best Connection is looking for a General Operative to join a leading manufacturing specialist in Redditch and become part of a dedicated, skilled team.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous manufacturing experience essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work methodically and follow procedures
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Duties
- FLT an advantage but not essential; training will be provided after a successful probation period.
- Operating machinery including weighing scales, filling pumps and mixers; checking goods against paperwork and system records.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and housekeeping.
Candidates must be in good health as the chemical environment is not suitable for individuals with asthma or breathing‑related conditions.
Shift: Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Pay: £12.71 per hour, subject to review at the end of probation.
