The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer of precision metal components and springs. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Garter Spring Assembler to join a busy production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and assembling garter springs to specification
- Preparing and handling wire, materials, and components
- Cutting spring wire to the required lengths
- Joining spring ends using approved assembly methods
- Operating hand tools and production equipment (training provided)
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Supporting with other manufacturing duties as required

- Ability to carry out repetitive tasks consistently and accurately

- Comfortable using hand tools and machinery
