Salary & Package
- Entry‑Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience)
- Basic Salary: £28,000, increasing to £29,000 after 12 months
- First‑Year Earning Potential: £30,000 - £31,000 including commission
- Full training and support provided
- Experienced Recruitment Consultant
- £29,000-£30,500 basic salary dependent on experience
- OTE: £32,000 - £35,000
- Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Basic Salary: £33,500
- Commission/OTE: £37,000 - £39,000
- Car Allowance: £400 per month, or option of a company car
About the Role
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and win new business through sales calls and face‑to‑face visits
- Mentor and support junior consultants (Senior role)
- Work towards achievable performance and sales targets with full support

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break). Office based role.
Additional Requirements
