Store Assistant Manager / Supervisor - Sheffield
The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Store Assistant Manager / Supervisor.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous retail, food service or supervisory experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Pay Rate: £12.91 per hour
Hours: 32 hours per week, over 5 shifts
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, including Saturdays
Additional Hours: Hours will increase to 42 per week when covering the Store Manager's holidays
The Role
As a Store Assistant Manager / Supervisor, your duties will include:
Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
Preparing food and making sandwiches
Baking savouries and other food products
Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well presented
Supporting the day-to-day running of the store
Supervising the team when required
Covering the Store Manager on their days off and during holidays
Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a retail, food service or supervisory environment.
You will need to be:
Reliable and organised
Customer-focused with a friendly approach
Comfortable working as part of a team
Confident taking responsibility and supervising others
Flexible to work Saturdays and provide additional cover when required
