We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team on a busy construction site in Harker, Carlisle. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support site operations on a project running for approximately 6-9 months, with an immediate start available.
Key Requirements
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Previous construction site experience (highly desirable)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with site management and other on-site leads
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out on-site walkarounds as part of site inductions
- Raising purchase order (PO) numbers for materials and plant using the VocalPoint system
- Managing daily and weekly timesheets
- Liaising with site managers, supervisors and other on-site leads to support smooth day-to-day operations
- Providing general administrative support to the site team as required
